Safety Pays Program:
ACME implemented
the “Safety Pays” program in 1998 which rewards
employees for 12 months of continuous performance
without accident or safety infraction. “Safety
Pays” has resulted in a 41% decrease in our EMR
rating.
This program includes training
in multiple areas which even extends the requirements
by on-site safety personnel.
